Physical exam: Something new for this years case of the month. These two dogs got into a little trouble when they tried to make friends with a new neighbor. It is really pretty rare for us to see dogs that get the short end of an encounter with a porcupine (especially dogs that live mostly in the city). We have, however, seen two different cases (5 dogs) this summer. With a little sedation and some tweezers these guys did just fine.
